Pap Smears and HPV Testing
Pap smear or Pap test is conducted as part of a woman's routine health examination, after the age of 21 years. It is not a diagnostic test but is a screening tool used to detect any abnormal cells in the cervix. The cervix is the lower part of the uterus that opens into the vagina.

Breast Exams
A clinical breast examination is a physical evaluation of the breasts performed by a trained healthcare provider. During this exam, your provider visually inspects and gently palpates (feels) the breasts and underarm areas to check for lumps, texture changes, asymmetry, or skin and nipple changes that may not be noticeable through self-examination.

Pelvic Exams
A pelvic exam is a physical examination of a woman’s pelvic organs - including the vulva, vagina, cervix, uterus, fallopian tubes, ovaries, bladder, and rectum - typically performed by a healthcare provider to assess sexual and reproductive health.

STD/STI Screening and Treatment
Sexually transmitted infections (STIs), commonly referred to as STDs, are infections passed primarily through sexual contact, including vaginal, oral, or anal intercourse. They can also be transmitted from mother to baby during pregnancy or childbirth, and less commonly through shared needles or blood exposure.
