What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of any medications or supplements you're taking, and any relevant medical records or test results.
What is included in a well-woman exam?
A well-woman visit typically includes a comprehensive health history review, a pelvic and breast exam, a Pap smear (if indicated), STI testing (if necessary), and counseling on reproductive and general health.
What gynecologic procedures do you perform in the office?
Common in-office procedures include Pap smears, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, treatment for cervical polyps, IUD insertion and removal, and minor procedures for vulvar conditions and cysts.
What is obesity medicine?
Obesity medicine is a medical specialty that focuses on the prevention, evaluation, and treatment of overweight and obesity, utilizing evidence-based strategies, including nutrition, physical activity, behavioral support, and medications when appropriate.
Do you offer weight loss medications?
Yes, when clinically appropriate. After a thorough evaluation, we may prescribe weight management medications as part of a comprehensive plan.
